About us
Stay Helios is a small, owner-run apartment-hotel on the quiet side of Faliraki, built around the way we’d want to be hosted ourselves.
Book your stayOur philosophy
We opened Stay Helios because we believe a great holiday starts with a place that feels intentional — considered design, real materials, and a host who actually lives here. Every detail, from the poured-concrete floors to the courtyard garden, was chosen to make your mornings slower and your evenings longer.
The aesthetic
Concrete, oak, linen and light — the apartments draw on industrial simplicity but stay warm. Big windows, planted terraces and quiet corners everywhere. The pool catches the afternoon sun; the courtyard holds the scent of jasmine well into the evening.
The setting
We sit on a residential block lined with gardens, a two-minute walk from the nearest beach and ten minutes on foot from the centre. The bus stop is right outside, Rhodes Town is fourteen kilometres up the coast, and the airport is a short drive away. Close to everything, but quiet enough to hear the cicadas.
The team
The people behind your stay — a small team that takes hospitality personally.

Hotel life
Our two resident cats are part of the household — they nap in the garden and accept compliments at breakfast. You’ll likely find one asleep on a sun-warmed step by mid-morning.
Host tips
A few personal picks from the host — places, habits and small things that make Rhodes feel like home.
The nearest beach, just two minutes on foot. Go early, before the sunbeds fill up, and you’ll have the water almost to yourself.
Drive or take the bus to Rhodes Old Town. Walk the cobblestones first, then eat at one of the tavernas tucked behind the harbour.
Visit the Acropolis of Lindos late in the afternoon. The light is extraordinary and the crowds thin out after four.
Don’t rush it. Our breakfast is meant to be lingered over — fruit, eggs, strong coffee, and a plan that can wait.
